The Irish Whiskey Museum and the Oldest Pub in Dublin

Irish Whiskey Museum tour Early Whiskey distilled in monasteries. King Henry VIII broke with the Catholic church, monasteries were destroyed. Distilling moved to family farms. Legalized and licensed. Ireland produced 60% of the world's whiskey. US prohibition Went to oldest pub in Dublin: Brazen Head. Had McGardle Red, 5Leaf lager and red, Irish fish chowder. Returned to the hotel for a post-convention informal party.
