New Show Goats

Recently, we had our local FFA teacher out to the ranch to look at this year's crop of kids. He saw two kids of ours and one of our neighbor's that he thought would do well at the County Show. He came back a few weeks later to look at their progress, but was not pleased. It does not look like they will grow large enough to do well at the show. Again, this year, we bought show goats.


How do you think they look?

Slow Progress

As you can see, progress has been slow. There are just too many "higher priority" projects to be worked on. The school year has started, adding homework to the list of high priority projects. We are, as you can see, starting to lay the new floor in the utility room.

We have all of the floor supplies we will need. At least, I hope so.
